My team created a messaging strategy and claims to introduce the American Express Sync Commercial Partner Program. Geared toward CFOs and CTOs at businesses that provide B2B software and solutions, the messaging had to strike a delicate balance between practical and technical while showcasing a suite of APIs, toolkits, and sandbox environments alongside the legendary customer service of American Express.
